Position Overview
The Appointment Setter at West Central Florida Contracting (WCFC) is responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role involves outbound calls and door to door canvassing to potential clients, understanding their needs, and setting up appointments for consultations.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and door knocks to prospective clients to generate leads.
Identify potential clients' needs and explain our services.
Schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
Maintain accurate records of lead information and interactions.
Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
Provide excellent customer service to potential clients.
Qualifications
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in telemarketing or appointment setting preferred.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
