Position Overview
The Project Manager at West Central Florida Contracting (WCFC) is responsible for overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion. This role involves coordinating teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring projects are executed within scope and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish.
Develop detailed project schedules and allocate resources.
Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
Manage project budgets and expenses.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure work quality and safety.
Address any issues or changes that arise during construction.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
