The Quality Control Manager at West Central Florida Contracting (WCFC) ensures the quality and integrity of all our projects. This role involves inspecting and supervising the installation process to ensure adherence to company standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee the installation process to ensure quality.
Inspect finished work for compliance with specifications and standards.
Identify and rectify defects or issues in work.
Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address concerns.
Train and mentor teams on quality control procedures.
Maintain detailed documentation of inspections and findings.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in general contracting installation.
Strong understanding of construction and quality control standards.
Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Ability to identify and troubleshoot installation issues.
Quality control certification or training is a plus.
