Material Delivery Driver
Position Overview
The Material Delivery Driver at West Central Florida Contracting (WCFC) is responsible for safely transporting construction materials and equipment to job sites. This role involves timely deliveries, proper handling of materials, and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations.
Responsibilities
Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport materials.
At time, may need to load/ unload materials and equipment.
Follow established routes and schedules for deliveries.
Ensure accurate and complete delivery documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
Adhere to traffic rules and transportation regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license and insurance.
Previous experience in material or equipment delivery.
Strong knowledge of traffic rules and safety regulations.
Physical stamina for lifting and handling construction materials.
Attention to detail and accuracy in delivery documentation.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and meet delivery schedules.
